by Kesa Ennen
If your family loves a classic Big Mac, but you don’t love the drive-thru line, this Big Mac Flatbread recipe is about to become your new weeknight hero.
It has everything you crave — seasoned beef, melty cheddar, tangy pickles, crisp lettuce, red onion, and that signature “special sauce” — all layered over a crispy flatbread crust. It’s fast, flavorful, and fun to customize.
Perfect for busy nights, game days, or when you just want something different without making a mess of the kitchen.
Ingredients
For the Flatbreads
1 lb ground beef
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Flatbreads (store-bought naan or flatbread works great)
Shredded lettuce
Sliced pickles
Sliced red onion
For the Big Mac Sauce
½ cup mayo
2 tbsp sweet pickle relish
1 tbsp yellow mustard
1 tsp white vinegar
½ tsp onion powder
½ tsp garlic powder
Pinch of salt
Directions
Preheat the oven to 400°F.
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until no longer pink. Drain excess grease if needed. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder.
In a small bowl, mix together all Big Mac sauce ingredients until smooth. Set aside.
Place flatbreads on a baking sheet. Spread a generous layer of Big Mac sauce over each flatbread.
Evenly distribute the cooked ground beef over the flatbreads, then sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese.
Bake for 6–8 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the edges are crisp.
Remove from the oven and top with shredded lettuce, sliced pickles, and red onion.
Slice and serve immediately.
Tips for the Best Big Mac Flatbread
Want it extra crispy? Pre-bake the flatbread for 2–3 minutes before adding toppings.
Feeding a crowd? Double the sauce — it disappears fast.
Make it lighter: Use lean ground beef or ground turkey.
Add sesame seeds to the crust before baking for that true burger vibe.
Make It a Meal
Serve with:
Oven fries or sweet potato fries
A simple side salad
Fresh fruit for an easy family dinner
This recipe gives you all the nostalgic burger flavor in a way that feels homemade, simple, and just a little bit fun.
