We’re Hiring!
Guess what?! We’re hiring! And this is no April Fool’s Day joke. As you may already know, Restored is a good-purpose sub-brand of Prep Communications, a public relations consultancy I created in 2015. We’re fortunate that God has blessed PrepComm – as we lovingly nicknamed it – with fantastic clients, fun work and an incredible team. We’re in a position to grow our team (from four people to five!), and we’re searching for an executive assistant that will be instrumental in moving Restored forward.
When I told my kids I needed to hire a new team member, I asked them what type of person they thought I should hire. It was a risky question, because you never know what direction kids will take things, but as I’ve learned in business, risk often yields reward, and their responses did not disappoint. Since I agree 100% with their input, I’m including it below as criteria to consider during our search for the right person. Here are the qualities they suggested I look for:
Smart
Kind
Friendly + Welcoming
Loyal
Respectful
Hard-working
Organized
Pretty good, huh?! To brag just a little, our current team is lacking nothing from the list above.
Their work ethic is unmatched.
Their servant hearts are consistently on display.
They are deeply invested in client success.
They trust and support each other.
They are smart, ambitions and talented.
They cheer for Restored to connect with career-minded mothers in whatever season of life they find themselves.
We’re praying for the right person to join the team. If this sounds like a role you’d thrive in, keep reading! The full job description is below! Please send all resumes to sllorente@prepcomm.com.
