Kelly Shiley is the CEO of Mary Square, CAUS and Michelle McDowell. She is married, has three kids in three different schools and employs teams of people. She travels stateside frequently and jets off to China multiple times a year. Not to mention, she’s grown an idea into a multi-million dollar company. So, to say she’s busy is an understatement, which is exactly why we’ve invited her to speak about the delicate balance in her own life and how prioritization plays a major role.
