Let’s get a healthy start to 2025 together!
Join us for a 50-minute workout led by Neighborhood Barre! This is a great activity to bring a friend, but register fast because space is limited for this event!
We will walk over to The Mill for coffee afterwards. Grab a cup and hang out with us!
BRING: Water
WEAR: Workout attire, grippy socks (Neighborhood Barre will have socks available for purchase if you don’t have any)
PROVIDED: Yoga mats, resistance bands and weights
Please arrive 10 minutes early. We will start promptly at 8 am.
