Business Leadership: Vision Casting & Revenue Planning

  • Blush Cowork 201 Shannon Oaks Circle Cary, NC, 27511 United States (map)

Calling all business leaders! Whether you’re a small business entrepreneur, lead a corporate team, or want to develop into a business leader, we have the perfect series for you! The Restored Business Leadership Series is built for women who lead. Each month, we’re inviting well-aligned speakers with expertise in specific areas to help you lead more like Jesus – with intention, compassion, conviction and a little creativity. We’ll bring the speakers…you bring your lunch. Together, we’ll help shape the Triangle’s faith-forward female leaders with helpful learning, expanded connections and enhanced skills.

Note: We’ll meet once a month during lunch on a Friday, so you can get in, get out, and get on with your work day (or your weekend!).  The full schedule will soon be available on our blog. All events will take place at Blush Cowork in Cary.

July 19 Topic: Vision Casting & Revenue Planning

SESSION VERSE: Proverbs 29:18

We’re kicking off the Restored Business Leadership Series by talking about vision and money. The two topics are deeply interconnected, and eliminating misalignments can better connect employees, clients and communities while positively impacting revenue. In this session we’ll talk about vision, mission and values statements along with the significance of revenue planning, why it matters and how to do it well. If you’re a leader who didn’t major in business or sales strategies…this one’s for you.

Already have your company’s vision, mission and values statements mapped out? Bring them along! We’ll reserve some time for Q&A at the end and answer as much as we’re able over lunch and PowerPoints.

Speakers: Chris and Stephanie Llorente – Stephanie leads Restored and owns a successful consulting business. Her husband Chris has worked in sales and revenue planning throughout his career. Learn more about them here.

Details: This first session is only $10. The cost will increase to $25 for all following sessions. A bulk purchase rate for the five remaining sessions will be offered at a discounted rate. Learn about other July events here.

If you can’t make it in person, join us virtually! Simply register for the event and we’ll send you the Zoom link a day before the it begins.
